If you want to ship your device in for repair:

1) Pack it safely, and ship to the address below.

2) Include your name, a good contact phone number,

 and a brief description of the problem in the package.

3) When the device arrives we will call you and set up a ticket. 

NOTICE: WE DO OUR BEST TO COMMUNICATE AND MAKE THIS PROCESS SIMPLE. PLEASE CONTACT US WITH QUESTIONS ABOUT PRICING PRIOR TO MAILING IN ANY DEVICE FOR REPAIR. REPAIRS WILL NOT BE PERFORMED WITHOUT VERBAL OR WRITTEN "APPROVAL". RETURN SHIPPING WILL NOT BE COVERED FOR "UNAPPROVED" REPAIRS.
